My fiance and I were on a random day trip and had never been to a Pizza Ranch and stopped in on our adventure. The front desk girl was in training, she was very nice, maybe not completely informed of everything but I did see her checking the food on the buffet frequently and being friendly and helpful where she could be. We ran into a little miscommunication on their gluten-free options and their buffet, turns out they just ask gluten-free customers to buy a pizza of their own and throw in the buffet for free. This was miscommunicated at first but the GM quickly resolved the issue. Very pleased. Over all very clean and friendly staff. I would honestly come back again if we were ever in the area.
Exactly what you expect. Clean. Feel good food. Staff is friendly. Buffet stocked, watched, and temperatures seem to be watched closely by tending staff. Quick easy grab-a-meal at a reasonable price. 5☆
Was in Glenwood, MN. For a wedding. Stopped here because we were hungry. Staff was courteous and were able to joke around with them. The buffet was great tasting. Clean inside, and so were the bathrooms. Smaller venue than the one in Fargo, ND. Sometimes, smaller is a better experience!
An awesome place to eat. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Several busses of kids came in while we were there and the staff was amazing in taking care of everyone and resupplied the buffet in record speed! I was impressed.
Best chicken of any pizza ranch. My sister ordered a cheese pizza with bacon and jalapeño slices. Amazing. Best I ever had. Best chicken cooker ever. He has been there for a long time. You can tell when he is cooking.
Have been coming here about 10 years now. The pizza and salad bar are really good. Love the chicken! Staff are nice, always picking up empty plates. Lenny is always nice, stops to say hello. The place is clean as are the tables. We come here often with family, haven't been disappointed. Just one suggestion, wipe the chair backs, mine was a little dirty. Glad there's icecream now, but what happened to the coffee?
An awesome place with the nicest and most hard-working staff. Food to go is always very fresh and hot and made right every time. These team members make it a very pleasant experience.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Best Chicken and love the dessert pizza. We seem to eat too much. Its nice to have choices when it comes to types pizzas. Its a treat to have time to eat at Pizza Ranch.
The Pizza Ranch also has a buffet ,salad bar and desserts.The service was great and the prices are low. They have very clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. The food was delicious! I would recommend the Pizza Ranch to anyone considering going.
I don’t understand how a pizza place has better fried chicken than a Chicken place. This place rocks! Friendly staff and an amazing salad bar along with pizza, chicken and dessert! Did I mention QUALITY soft serve ice cream too!
